Processing Times & Shipping

Order Cancellations

  • Order cancellations must be done within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, orders will not be eligible for cancellation. Please check to make sure you ordered the correct items, as we process the orders ASAP.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We want to make sure all customers are satisfied with their order. If you would like to return or exchange the order, please contact londonfoglatte.shop@gmail.com with your order information within 7 days of receiving the order. For exchanges and returns, customer is responsible for shipping fees.

Broken Item / Wrong Item Sent

  • In the event that the package arrives damaged, or the wrong item(s) were sent, please contact the shop right away. A replacement will be shipped out as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.

I put the wrong shipping address, how do I change it?

  • Please send an email to londonfoglatte.shop@gmail.com with your order # and information, as well as include the correct shipping address. We will reply in email to confirm that the address is changed.

How can I track my shipment?

  • Tracking numbers are sent out with a shipping confirmation email, once the package is dispatched. This should be about 1-3 business days from the day the order is placed.

Will my order arrive by a certain date?

  • We do our best to ship out orders as soon as possible, however, cannot guarantee shipment arrivals. Please place your order as early as possible to ensure that the package arrives in time.
  • When in doubt, please select the priority shipping option.

Do you offer gift wrapping or gift messages?

  • Yes, at the bottom of the cart page, there is an option to check the box for free gift wrapping. You may include an optional gift message as well, with no extra charge.
